Manchester Gambia Support Network is a registered charity with the Charity Commission. Charity Number: 117665
The network’s registered address is 5 Croxdale Walk, Blackley, Manchester, M9 6QF.
VISION
An all-inclusive society that will enable Greater Manchester residents communicate, network,
engage, collaborate and participate in wider social issues to ensure solidarity and understanding.
MISSION
Work to eliminate social exclusion by reaching out to all levels of society.
OPERATIONS
Executive Committee
The network has an executive committee which comprised the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Legal Adviser, Secretary, Social Secretary, Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Community Outreach Officers and other members. The executive committee form the management team. The team meet last Sunday of every month but on some occasions, meetings can be held when the need arise.
Trustees
The Trustees are responsible for the day to day running of the network.
They together with the rest of the Executive Committee frequently assess the strategic direction of the network, its management and operational policies. They ensure the network is efficient and effective in carrying out its projects.
